Most times flying can be nothing more than a miserable 2 hour plus journey of comfortless seats and pricey foods, but no longer.
Virgin Australia recently announced changes for the better, promising all passengers on any trans-Tasman routes Wifi on board, free of charge. This makes Virgin Australia the first Australian airline to provide wifi on board for flights to Auckland, Christchurch, Queenstown and Dunedin.
Announcing also a "substantial meal and drink" for no extra charge, Virgin is turning heads, and all for the right reasons.
